I won't always be able to take away your pain, but I'm here to help you to learn to move through your feelings with support, and explore how you can make meaningful changes in your life and relationships. 

A lot of us are feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and anxious as we move through the world right now. My goal as your therapist will be to meet you where you're at as a real person. We will explore how your past affects your present reactions and emotions, and will help you learn new ways of coping with stress and anxiety. I use psychotherapy, EMDR, and often incorporate yoga into the therapeutic process to tailor your therapy to what works for you.

I want you to find empowerment through our work together. I want you to build the life that you want and deserve. I want you to have fulfilling relationships with others, and to experience confidence as you make choices.

About Me

My name is Hayli Evans and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) specializing in trauma, relationship issues and EMDR Therapy. I am trained in trauma-informed yoga and have completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training. 

 

I use a trauma-informed, embodied, and collaborative approach to therapy, integrating the body, mind, and spirit into the healing process. I strive to meet each client where they are, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, without judgment. 

I believe that trauma is at the root of our symptoms, and that we all have the innate capacity to heal. 

 

I typically work with adults struggling with issues related to trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual assault, stress management, anxiety, depression, sex, relationships, and communication. I'd love to help you heal your relationships with yourself, your body, and with others so that you can more fully embrace the life you want to live.

EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is an evidence-based treatment, effective for healing trauma and addressing distressing life experiences. Ask about my 90-minute EMDR sessions!
